Horizontal Line with CSS

In this quick tip you are going to learn how to create a horizontal line with CSS. Some of you probaly think that the <hr>-tag should be used for horizontal lines. The problem is that the <hr>-tag is really old and not all browsers view it correctly. Our CSS solutes produces a little bit more mark-up, but it is cleaner and works the same in all browsers.
